The coast around Ardara

Guided Walks are run by Donegal Town based "Walking Ireland" which take in walks around the Derryveagh or Blue Stack Mountains including one of the newest Waymarked Walks, the Bluestack Way from Donegal Town to Ardara. Further information can be found at or call on +353 86 605 9220.


The nearest facility is in Bruckless on the Killybegs to Donegal Town road and is provided by Deane's Equestrian Centre.


Bundoran, on the far side of Donegal Town on the way to Sligo, is an established water sports centre with facilities for canoeing, kite surfing, surfing etc. See for further information.

Boat Rides around the Coast
